1. What the service does

The service builds domain name variations from your query and checks their status through public DNS, RDAP and WHOIS data and, where configured, a registrar API.

EMDChecker does not sell or register domains. The “Register” button takes you to a third-party registrar, whose own terms apply.

2. No guarantees

Status, premium flags and prices are shown as of the moment of the check and may change at any time. Registries may reserve or block names that look available.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Always confirm availability and price with a registrar before buying.

3. Trademarks

Domain ideas may contain third-party brand names. The TM-risk label is a rough hint, not legal advice.

You alone are responsible for making sure that a domain you register and its use do not infringe anyone's trademarks or other rights (including under the UDRP).

4. Fair use

Free use is limited by the number of checks per hour and per day. Automated scraping, attempts to bypass limits, overloading the service or using it for unlawful purposes are not allowed.

We may restrict or block access that violates these rules.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AffBulk is not liable for losses arising from the use of the service, including missed registrations, purchases based on outdated data or trademark disputes.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
